Terms of Service

By completing registration for any event or program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines communicated by the Company before or during the event.

Building with J & H offers the following events and programs under the Builder Access Program:

• New Construction Pop-Up — A 2-hour in-person introductory event covering the new construction process, key considerations, and live Q&A.
• New Construction Bootcamp — An 8-hour intensive training event covering advanced strategies, systems, and execution plans for new construction development.
• Builder Mastery Program — A 12-month high-level mentorship providing ongoing coaching, site walkthroughs, and direct support from J&H throughout the building process.

The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event or program at its discretion. Registered participants will be notified in the event of any material changes.

Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details.

Discount vouchers for the Bootcamp and Builder Mastery Program are exclusively available to attendees who are physically present at the qualifying event and register on the day of the event. Vouchers are:

• Non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or applied to prior purchases
• Valid only for the specific program and event cycle for which they were issued
• Subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the Company's discretion

By registering for any event or program, you consent to receive the following types of communications from us:

• Transactional emails and SMS messages confirming your registration
• Event reminders, updates, and logistics details via email or SMS
• Follow-up communications about related events, programs, or offers

When you opt in to receive SMS communications from Building with J&H Acquisitions LLC., please be aware of the following:

All participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times during Company events and programs. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who:

• Disrupts the event or other participants
• Engages in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Violates any applicable laws or Company policies

Removal from an event does not entitle the participant to a refund.

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, and resources shared during Company events and programs are the exclusive intellectual property of Building with J&H Acquisitions LLC.™. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any proprietary content without prior written consent from the Company.

All information shared at Company events is for educational purposes only. Nothing presented constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. Results shared by participants or instructors are not guaranteed and may not be typical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any event or program, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in any event or program following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
